Location: Hybrid with an office based in Chester
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience

The Events Manager will work alongside the Marketing Managers to develop an integrated online and in-person events programme that utilises a mix of "owned" experiences and third-party conferences and events. With a focus on maximising the value of everything we do; you'll be constantly thinking about how you can make the best use of material across the online and in-person arenas.

Online and in-person events play a key role in our strategy to reach and engage our target audiences. From supporting our Client Management team with hospitality to underpin our renewals program, managing our presence at a key third party event such as HR forum to supporting the sales team with regional and partnership initiatives the role is full of variety.

Leading the delivery of all events, you will ensure we provide an appropriate WorkNest experience through every stage of the event, from initial invite to attendance and follow-up.

About you

  • Experience of managing a mix of owned events as well as third party conferences and events, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Ability to lead small to medium scale events and roadshows.
  • Broader experience than just in-person event management, need to be able to run the campaign activity surrounding the event to maximise its full value.
  • Experience of CRM systems, Pardot and Salesforce preferably.
  • A creative mindset to think outside the box, ensuring WorkNest events live up to the brand and deliver standout from the competition.
  • Excellent communication skills, as the role requires constant communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and organisation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
  • Flexibility to travel for set up and management of events.
  • Love of learning and a desire to try new things, constantly looking for innovative ways of engaging our audiences.

Where you'll be working

This is a hybrid role working 2 days per week in our Chester office.

The Package

  • This role attracts a salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) and an attractive company benefits package including:
