Hybrid, full-time permanent position based in Birmingham, offering up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
A fantastic opportunity to work for an internationally-recognised company as HR Advisor has just become available! Based in Birmingham, the successful applicant will provide outstanding support to the region's HRBPs, helping to ensure the smooth-running of the HR department.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Providing HR administrative support, including working with documents and drafting letters
- Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
- Providing advice and support to managers with regard to relevant HR policies
- Managing and leading procedures related to grievances and sickness
- Assisting in the design and implementation of HR training across the company, including organising workshops and case studies
- Managing issues raised with performance and conduct, and managing disciplinaries and absences
- Assisting in the recruitment process
- Other HR duties when applicable
Prospective applicants must have previous experience working within an HR Advisors position within a similar calibre organisation. Applicants must have outstanding communication and organisational skills, have excellent problem-solving abilities, and thrive working as part of a team.
The role requires occasional travel, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferable.
