Global Impact Manager
Disrupt agency; a leading B Corporation and purpose driven Recruitment, Search & RPO business are hiring for an exceptional Global Impact Manager.
The Global Impact Manager will lead and manage external and internal Impact reporting, ensuring compliance with global ESG frameworks and regulatory standards. As the Global impact Manager you will oversee data collection and analysis, and develop strategies to achieve the company's Impact goals.

Key Responsibilities of the Global impact Manager
- Manage external Impact reporting and relationships with ESG platforms and frameworks (CSRD, SASB, SECR, SEC, SBTi, CDP, B Corp, EUDR, RSPO).
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Compliance and Regulatory Teams for ESG data alignment.
- Lead the Double Materiality Assessment process and provide recommendations.
- Work closely with the SEC Technical and Accounting Team for regulatory compliance and financial reporting.
Global impact manager: Collating and Managing Global Impact Data
- Lead data collection, analysis, and interpretation to support decision-making and reporting.
- Ensure data integrity through effective management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and report ESG performance.
- Manage annual Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 carbon data collection.
Global impact Manager: Tracking Impact Strategy and Goals:
- Track progress against Impact + ESG strategy and goals.
- Develop and manage systems to monitor ESG performance.
- Facilitate informed decision-making and transparency in sustainability efforts.
Global impact Manager: Annual Impact Report:
- Support the production of the annual Impact report, highlighting achievements and progress.
- Collaborate with the Impact team to ensure the report is engaging and demonstrates commitment to sustainability.
Global impact Manager: External Engagement
- Represent the company at external events to promote sustainability efforts.
- Produce comprehensive sustainability reports and respond to stakeholder requests.
Global impact Manager: Global Impact Strategy:
- Collaborate with the Head of Impact to refine and advance the Impact and ESG strategy.
Global impact Manager: Requirements:
- Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications in Program Management or similar.
- Extensive experience in Sustainability Reporting and ESG data management.
- Strong knowledge of international and national climate regulations (CSRD, SEC, etc.).
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
- Dedicated, ambitious, and a strong team player.
