Are you a passionate and experienced Leisure Travel Consultant looking for an exciting new challenge? My client, an ambitious and successful travel business based in Stevenage, is seeking a dedicated professional to provide exceptional service, advice, and support to their valued clients.
This is a lovely opportunity working fully remote from home or hybrid office based for a well-established, rapidly growing Travel Business that specialises in long haul, dynamically packaged holidays.

- Competitive Salary: Earn a basic salary between £24,000 and £30.000, based on your experience, coupled with a generous uncapped commission structure with a realistic OTE of over £45,000.
- Flexible Work Arrangement: Enjoy the convenience of working from home or at the office, with working hours equating to a 5-day work week with a guaranteed full weekend off every month. Part-time positions are also available.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries via email, website, or phone, and assist clients with their travel requirements.
- Book tailor-made holidays to destinations worldwide, including ski and cruise packages.
- Build fantastic relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Deliver and exceed sales targets through exceptional service.
- Collect and process client payments.
- Input all bookings into my client's state-of-the-art booking system.
What my client is Looking For:
- GDS Expertise: Proficiency in Sabre, Travelport, Worldspan, or Amadeus.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in the travel sector.
- Customer Service Excellence: Outstanding customer service and sales skills, with extensive product knowledge of worldwide destinations, cruises, and ski holidays.
- Professionalism: Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and use your initiative.
- Flexible: This role will require shift working and working some weekends (Guaranteed 1 full weekend a month off) - Hours 37.5 hours per week.
