We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Asset Management Team. The purpose of this role is to provide a full project management and commissioning service from design to completion for all major works construction and maintenance projects as initiated across CHP

What you'll be doing

  • Commission, plan, and deliver construction and maintenance projects of major works as required to CHP's assets across building safety and asset management
  • Accountable for planning and designing projects. Monitoring progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective actions
  • Accountable for managing project risks that may impact the project meetings its objectives
  • Accountable for leading project delivery, from mobilisation to closure
  • The Project Manager is accountable for ensuring that the regulatory and compliance requirements of works projects are met

What we are looking for

  • The jobholder must demonstrate experience of delivering asset transformation projects from inception to completion in a formal project management environment.
  • Experience of delivering housing maintenance and construction projects to time, budget, and quality
  • Innovation and problem solving to ensure that opportunities to deliver are maximised whenever possible
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Tenacity and determination to major housing projects, overcoming constraints and always driving delivery
