The Corporate department are recognised as one of the leading departments for M&A: Smaller Deals £10m - £100m in London, with their Head of Department recommended as a Legal 500, leading individual.

This highly successful team are looking for an experienced, high-calibre Corporate Solicitor to join their leading department. The new hire will be advising listed companies, private companies, and Ultra High Net Worth individuals on a mixture of private and public M&A work across the technology, financial services, media, travel, and professional services sectors.

This is the perfect opportunity to receive high quality training from leading Corporate lawyers and develop client relationships. Further, our client prides themselves on offering an authentically supportive and friendly working environment whilst boasting top quality work.

Key Requirements

  • Qualified Corporate Solicitor with between 1 - 6 years' PQE
  • Must be technically excellent on Corporate M&A matters
  • Enthusiastic about business development
