Moonpull - Customer Support Specialist

Moonpull is an automated auditing platform for providing data to the affiliate industry on the tracking of its links. Networks, publishers and agencies can use this data to better understand which links earn commission and how to improve technical implementations.

The platform allows affiliate networks, agencies and publishers to verify that their URLs are tracking correctly at scale and easily identify any issues that may be causing commission to be lost.

Having clear information enables productive conversations between publishers, networks, and advertisers, helping to promptly resolve any identified problems.

How clients use Moonpull

Our largest clients are networks, who provide the tracking technology to their clients and monitor sales and commissions. By using Moonpull, they can keep on top of any issues by regularly checking their links on a network-wide level, ensuring their customers have the best tracking implementation possible, and managing new integrations successfully.

Moonpull is also a valuable tool for publishers such as cashback sites, content creators, or voucher code sites to check suspect links with low conversion rates, understand where the problem may be, and flag it to the advertiser.

Customer Support Specialist main responsibilities:

  • On-boarding new clients and guiding them through the platform.
  • Supporting customers in understanding the explanations and helping them derive maximum benefit from our data.

  • Ensuring the client knowledge base documentation is up-to-date.
  • Scheduling regular Zoom meetings with key clients.
  • Running your own batches of links and analysing the data using Excel
  • Testing any new features in the platform
