IT Technical Trainer - Remote - Permanent - £35,000-£55,000 plus bonus
Are you an experienced IT Trainer? Do you have experience of delivering on the Digital Skills Bootcamps?
The purpose of this job is to coach learners working towards their Digital Bootcamp Certifications in areas such as CompTIA Fundamentals, Networking and Engineering, as well as Microsoft and similar platforms. This role will entail online delivery to an array of adult learners embarking on a career within the IT sector.
Responsibilities:
- Motivate and encourage learning and development in your learners
- Creating an engaging/interactive learning environment which caters to various learning styles
- Be able to adapt training and resources to an online learning environment
- Understand the development and implementation of lesson plans and schemes of work for short course delivery in an agile way
- Be able to maintain current and relevant curriculum content through regular reviews of your training slides, including development and maintenance of learning resources
- Have knowledge of OFSTED requirements in line with the Education and Inspection Framework to consistently work at a Good and/or Outstanding level
- Recording and reporting on activity to management in a timely and professional manner
- Communicating with the Career Support team to maximise learner preparation for employment
- To oversee the development and progress of all learners undergoing the Digital Bootcamp programme
Person Specification
- Required: PGCE/Certificate in Education
- Desirable: Relevant IT qualifications
