Our client based in Northampton, are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their team. Working in a vibrant, progressive working environment with a talented workforce, the ideal candidate will be intelligent, determined, precise, commercially aware and proactive.
Responsibilities:
- To source IT/Educational professionals based throughout the UK.
- To generate/identify new business opportunities with organisations across Europe.
- To provide administrative support to the existing sales team.
- To negotiate and achieve established weekly, monthly and yearly targets.
- To ensure all production activities comply with the company's quality procedures.
- To support with some HR tasks, maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Carry out selection assessments on would be consultants and new technicians.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Educated to at least A' level standard.
- Must be at least GCSE grade C standard in Mathematics and English Language.
- Must be experienced in a customer-facing role.
- Must be very presentable and articulate.

- £25k - £30K depending on experience + uncapped commission.
