Part Time Purchase Ledger

A market-leading manufacturing company in Radstock are looking to recruit a part-time purchase ledger assistant.
Your new role
Duties will include:

  • Setting up new supplier accounts. * Manually coding nominal invoices. * Processing of stock and overhead supplier invoices in accordance with company policy. * Electronically and manually file supplier invoices * Processing expenses * Review outstanding invoices on the register including adverse balances. * Resolution of account queries * Monthly reconciliation of supplier accounts against statements and issuing requests for missing invoices. * Setting up all payment runs including international payment requests and pro formas.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working in an accounts payable function within a finance department * Experience of ERP computer systems * Experience with Microsoft packages especially excel * Must be methodical and accurate * Good communication skills * Be able to work in a team

What you'll get in return
