Are you an Engineer from a Mechanical or Electrical background looking to come off the tools into a Technical support role at a company that is rapidly growing and is looking to expand further, offering training and as much progression as you chose?
On offer is a permanent role with a solar power equipment manufacturer and distributor focusing on Panels, inverters, batteries and cloud systems for commercial and residential clients. Looking to get as many boots on the ground as possible with the company already set up in China and Germany, they are now looking to explode into the UK market.
Your role will involve dealing with technical issues and problems that are experienced by customers. You will provide guidance and support to customers over the phone, offering a resolution to a potential problem they may have about the select products.
This role would suit an engineer from a mechanical or electrical background looking to come off the tools and progress into a technical support role with a rapidly growing company.
THE ROLE
- Offering solutions to customers regarding their solar equipment
- dealing with clients and customers on the phone offering technical support for specific products
- Monday-Friday 9 am-5:30 pm
THE PERSON
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering experience
- looking to progress their career into a technical support position
