The Role

This is an exciting time of growth for us, and we need an L&D and HR Administrator to help us continue this success. This is a great opportunity to develop a varied and rewarding career with a company that invests in, recognises and rewards its people.

Reporting to the Organisational Development Lead, you'll be responsible for a variety of L&D administration including maintaining the Learning Management System, supporting L&D operations and completing HR administration. Your role will ensure the smooth delivery of training programmes and support the L&D team to foster learning and development within the organisation.

You will also:

  • Manage L&D administration to include scheduling, tracking and reporting of training sessions; driving the completion of mandatory training for all employees and developing an annual training report to track progress
  • Design, review and update existing elearning materials
  • Ensuring all new users can effectively use the Learning Management System and monitoring their progress
  • Review and update the L&D intranet pages
  • Help to plan the L&D budget and maintain the tracking of spend
  • Develop and executive a communications strategy for all L&D initiatives.
  • Review current processes to identify improvements and create efficiencies.

To be considered as our L&D and HR Administrator you will need:

  • Experience as an L&D or HR Administrator
  • Experience of elearning strategies and LMS technology
  • Able to analyse data and produce reports
  • Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality

It would be ideal if you are studying for a CIPD qualification (or willing to do so) and have experience of designing e-learning material.
