Shorterm are currently working alongside our client on the search for a Quantity Surveyor based in Tadcaster. This role will be primarily site based, with 2/3 days in the office. This is a contract role, initially expected to last until early 2025 but may be extended.
Your main role will involve assisting the Managing Quantity Surveyor, Commercial department and the project team to maximise profit and reduce risk.
Successful candidates must have experience in Quantity surveying or a Cost clerk role, as well as knowledge on contract costing.
Driving license is also essential
