Role - CRM Executive
Salary - Up to £27,000
Location - Huddersfield
Work Pattern - Hybrid - 3 days in office
Oscar Digital are working with a solutions provider that connects and builds relationships between huge brands and their consumers. This company work household names and support some of the UK's largest scale loyalty programs. They have experienced year on year growth and are looking to expand their marketing team with another email marketing specialist.
Reporting directly to the CRM Manager, your role will consist of maximising engagement and retention rates for memberships. You will be coming up with new ideas for email campaigns, understanding engagement and retention rates, and delivering key communications.

Responsibilities:
- Briefing, building and testing email campaigns according to the campaign schedule
- Working with the Senior CRM Executive and CRM Manager to plan the contents of weekly emails
- Working with the Product and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are on brand and in line with client requirements
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement
- Assist in the maintenance of the CRM communications calendar to support planning and execution of campaigns to schedule
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months working with a CRM role.
- Experience handling customer data.
- Knowledge of an ESP (Klaviyo, Braze, DotDigital, Iterable) - advantageous.
