We are initially looking for a proactive Senior Project Manager from Insurtech to join our award-winning digital solutions client, with Head Office in London. The successful candidate will be assisting with the all-in-one platform for Insurers to increase customer satisfaction, reduce IT costs and improve fraud detection resulting in successful solutions. This position is fully remote with occasional travel into the London office and client sites and a clear opportunity for the right person to advance to Head of Project Management and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and manage internal and external customer Insurtech projects - UK and International
- Liaising with insurers' project teams
- Overseeing projects related to platform upgrades and regular research into AI developments
- Representing the company well whilst communicating with C level stakeholders
- Working across all aspects of the business, to support commercial needs
- Collaborating with delivery leads, offshore development team and an internal team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in Insurtech or Insurance
- Knowledge of FNOL processes and consumer insurance products (Home, Motor, Pet, Travel)
- Proficiency in Jira and Agile methodologies
- Assertive yet friendly,approachable manner
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with senior stakeholders
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
