Description

The key responsibilities of the Bookkeeper are to;

  • Processing payroll: Process payroll every pay period, including wages, overtime, and deduction
  • Managing financial records for the company
  • Preparing financial reports
  • Ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Assisting with budget preparation
  • Processing invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Maintaining an organised and streamlined accounting system
  • Providing assistance to the Accounting & Finance department as needed

Profile

The successful Bookkeeper will have;

  • Degree in accounting, finance or a related field
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Proficiency in a major accounting software
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
