Description
The key responsibilities of the Bookkeeper are to;
- Processing payroll: Process payroll every pay period, including wages, overtime, and deduction
- Managing financial records for the company
- Preparing financial reports
- Ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded
- Reconciling bank statements
- Assisting with budget preparation
- Processing invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Maintaining an organised and streamlined accounting system
- Providing assistance to the Accounting & Finance department as needed
Profile
The successful Bookkeeper will have;
- Degree in accounting, finance or a related field
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Proficiency in a major accounting software
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
