Description
- Process invoices and maintain up-to-date billing system
- Assist with month-end financial reports
- Compile and sort invoices, checks, and bank statements
- Prepare budget forecasts in collaboration with the Accounting & Finance team
- Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner
- Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations
- Collaborate with the Finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines
- Monitor the daily performance of the finance department
Profile
A successful Senior Finance Assistant should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
