Forward Role are working with the UK's industry-leading online marketplace to recruit a CRM Lead to increase awareness, drive inbound traffic, and generate leads through the email channel.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, schedule, deploy, optimise and test email campaigns including personalisation, and A/B testing
- Manage the customer segment and selection process
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to generate relevant and effective campaigns
- Set up and monitor automated campaigns
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI and make recommendations for future improvements
- Write and proofread copy for campaigns
- Opportunities to support the marketing team with other digital marketing activities, such as paid search, SEO, organic and paid social media
- Create and evaluate possible new growth areas for the business
What you will need:
- Hands on experience in a CRM Marketing role and developing and implementing email marketing campaigns
- Experience using a CRM platform for email marketing purposes
- Good copywriting skills and strong attention to detail
- Numerate with experience of data analysis and using an analytics tool
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects
