This exciting opportunity involves leading the development of a well-known brand and Own Label products. You'll create strategies to boost market share and enhance customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all marketing and promotional initiatives for both new and existing products.
- Enhance and manage marketing channels, including social media platforms.
- Spot trends and explore opportunities for new product development.
- Craft and implement the brand strategy and guidelines for sustainable growth.
- Evaluate the impact of marketing activities and track sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and update marketing materials.
- Assist in product development and maintain the company website.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing experience.
- Relevant degree (2.1 or above).
- Relevant experience in the Food, Drink or Fresh Produce industry
- Strong multitasking and project management skills.
Salary
£50,000pa - £70,000pa + Bonus + Healthcare
This role is a hybrid position. 4 days in the office with 1 day working from home.
