Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM

Hybrid options available after probation period of an adhoc day at home per week

Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a hugely successful and very well-established business who are based in the Portsmouth area

As a Customer Service Executive you will be required to:

  • Handle inbound enquiries via inbound phone calls and emails with the view to support your customers with their needs
  • Provide customers with accurate and relevant information based on their requirements.
  • Process customer payments when required.
  • Learn to become a proficient user of in-house systems.
  • Ensure all communication between customers and internal departments is accurate and clear.
  • Other team Ad-hoc duties may be required from time to time.
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • To complete administration

You will have/be:

  • Experience within any Customer Service facing role.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Packages.
  • You will have good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Be a team player, follow instructions carefully, and be able to show empathy to all customers.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable.
  • Able to prioritise workloads and work towards deadlines.
