Job Title: Project Manager.
Location: New Southgate.
Salary: up to £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience.
Job Description: As a Project Manager in the marble and stone industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of projects from inception to completion. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of the marble and stone industry, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all project activities, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management.
- Ensure that all project documentation is completed accurately and maintained appropriately.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- experience in project management within the marble and stone industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of marble and stone materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- CAD Experience is a plus.
