Who will you join?
- A very successful and thriving national conveyancing firm with plenty of instructions
- This is a growth role and not replacement
- A firm that caps your caseload at a maximum 75 matters
What will you do?
- Be responsible for your own conveyancing caseload of sales & purchases
- Manage the middle part of conveyancing transactions
- Your file will be set up by the legal support team and will be passed back to them for post completion matters
What will you need?
- To be considered for this role, you MUST have substantial Leasehold and Title Checking experience – Candidates without this experience will NOT be considered
- At least 5 years' experience as a residential conveyancer
- To be used to working autonomously (to be able to thrive working remotely)
- To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Those who are not qualified, but have substantial conveyancing experience running your own caseload should get in touch
- A stable career history with evidence of longevity in your positions
- A real focus on customer care and delivering the best outcome for your clients
