Description
A Interim Head of HR Shared Services to:
- Leading and overseeing the HR Shared Services team
- Completely re-invent and improve the overall shared services function from team capability, new ways of working and establishing new processes
- Implementing, reviewing and improving HR processes and procedures
- Lead in the transition from manual to automation
- Manage HR project and initiatives
- Report on HR Performance
- Develop a positive, engaging and high performance team culture
- Work closely with teams members to focus on continuous improvement of HR operations to support the delivery of the organisation's people priorities
- Oversight of the HR services function, delivering end-to-end employee administration from onboarding, recruitment, systems and data
- Provide day to day oversight of all HR queries in line with SLAs, escalating appropriately and ensuring SLAs are met with the highest levels of customer service
Profile
A Interim Head of HR Shared Services with:
- Experience of improving a shared service function
- Experience of upskilling teams, establishing processes and automation
- Not for profit or charity experience desirable
