Ryder Reid Legal are working with a specialist London-based law firm, who are seeking a Housing Management and Property Litigation Paralegal to join their team on a full time, permanent basis within their London offices.
The successful candidate will assist the Solicitors with their work as well as building their own caseload. The role will involve providing advice and assistance to Registered Providers of Social Housing and private landlords advising on all aspects of housing management and property litigation advice.
Some of the duties include but are not limited to:
- Working to support solicitors on property litigation cases
- Drafting and preparing claim forms
- Preparing trial bundles
- Interviewing clients
- Attending court to assist Barristers
- Handling new client enquiries
- Providing advice to clients and completing casework
The ideal candidate will have previous Paralegal property litigation/housing management experience, in particular dealing with registered providers/housing associations.
Hybrid working is on offer (3 days in the office).
