You will work Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, this will be fully onsite during probation, with flexible working afterwards, allowing 3 days onsite and 2 remote days.
Your new role
As a Junior Accounts Receivable Assistant you will have varied responsibilities, for example
- To get involved in credit control by monitoring and chasing debt via phone and email
- To build relationships with other businesses
- You will allocate settlements and cash receipts
- Also, you will allocate payments against ledger transactions as required
- To review monthly accounts and take action as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Previous experience with MS Excel or accounting packages
- Previous experience in an admin or finance related role will be ideal
- A desire to pursue a career with Accountancy and Finance
