Territory Sales Manager

  • Salary: £40,000 base salary with £10,000 0TE

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales activities within Wales and South West England for the some key and strong brands within our client. The role is focused on developing the NHS and Government sectors, achieving profitable growth, managing existing customers, and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly within selling into NHS and government bodies. You will be adept at managing end-user relationships and distribution partners.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Coordinate and execute sales activities within the defined territory, meeting sales goals and KPIs in line with the sales strategy.
  • Manage accounts and top accounts, generating new business through project and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with end users and distribution partners, providing product/application training as needed.
  • Maintain accurate account, activity, and pipeline reporting using the C4C CRM system.
  • Engage in sales and budget planning, forecasting expected turnover in alignment with sales management.
  • Participate in local and national exhibitions and support internal functions by sharing market and business knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven track record in handling a sales territory, including route planning and customer management.
  • Knowledge of the professional cleaning business.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Experience in digital communication (Teams, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to network and build relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong team player.
