The company seek a dynamic Sales/Senior Sales Negotiator for their busy Rickmansworth office. The ideal candidate must have an understanding of the sales process within estate agency, or the company would consider someone with a strong sales and customer service background if not in the estate agency industry. You must be well spoken and presented, with a mature attitude, and have the ability to hold good conversation with people at all levels. You must be confident, ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career with a proven track record in achieving targets.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.
Salary package and benefits of the Sales/Senior Sales Negotiator position include:
- Basic £22,000 to £25,000
- OTE £40,000 to £55,000 including commission and bonuses
- Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm or 9am to 6.30pm every Saturday 10am to 3pm with a day back in lieu (5 day working week)

Responsibilities of the Sales/Senior Sales Negotiator position include:
- Registering and qualifying potential buyers
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Canvassing to bring on new properties
- Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
- Preparing sales brochures
- Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
- Always delivering exceptional customer service
The skills required for this Sales/Senior Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Current experience in a Sales Negotiator role in the property industry OR a strong background in customer service and sales
- Local knowledge of Rickmansworth and surrounding areas
- Confidence and a target driven team player
- High level of customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Must hold full UK driving licence and own your own car
