PA to Operations Director

In this role, you will actively engage with operational teams to gather information for reports and updates. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of tasks, from proactively supporting the Operations Director with discretion and flexibility to compiling accurate KPI reports that aid strategic decision-making.

Collaborating closely with various teams, you'll analyse and report on vital business data, contributing to effective management decision-making. In addition, you'll manage diaries, travel arrangements, and maintain records for the operational team, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Your ability to establish strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be crucial, as you'll play a pivotal role in representing Aspire Defence Services.

You'll also be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events, from meetings and workshops to conferences. This includes coordinating both internal and external gatherings, negotiating rates with venues, and ensuring that all arrangements, such as meeting rooms, refreshments, and equipment, are perfectly in place.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a track record of providing PA services to senior leaders, combined with your adeptness in high-quality communication and stakeholder management. Your expertise in complex diary management, including proactive problem-solving and efficient resolution of clashes, will be a cornerstone of your effectiveness in this role. A comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is a must.

You must also have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Your professionalism, discretion, and ability to exercise sound judgment and diplomacy will be vital, especially in a fast-paced environment where time management is key. Your enthusiasm, confidence, and self-motivation will drive you to excel, and your flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel to all ADSL locations when needed are all vital for this role.

You must have a higher level of education, degree level would be desirable, possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and have a fully valid UK Driving Licence.

Location: Tidworth and Bulford

Salary: up to £33,000 depending on experience
