My client is a well-established, top 200 law firm seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their Blackburn office.
As part of the Clinical Negligence team, you will be responsible for a varied and complex caseload which you will manage from inception to completion and there will also be opportunities to assist more senior fee earners on higher value matters such as brain and spinal injury claims.
The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor should have previous experience of handling or assisting on Clinical Negligence claims. This role may suit a Solicitor who has previously only handled a few Clinical Negligence claims as part of a bigger caseload, or a more junior solicitor looking to take the next steps in developing their career.
