Experience required:
- Candidates need to have in depth experience of placing development finance enquiries.
- CeMAP Qualified desired
- You must have a minimum 3 years experience working within specialist property finance sector (Development Finance, Bridging Finance and Commercial Mortgages).
- You will be self motivated and have strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Willing to learn and implement new skills and knowledge quickly
- Comfortable dealing with HNW clients and their unique requirements
- Happy to work in a fast-paced environment
- Adept at multi-tasking
- Well organised and a strong communicator
Salary Details:
This is a self employed opportunity (with a generous monthly guarantee) + excellent commission + additional profit based bonus.
Once established, a genuine opportunity is possible to earn £150-250k per annum.
