We?re looking for a TPI Account Manager to build strong, professional relationships with Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs) and drive growth for their SME and Mid-Market clients. If you have a background in the utilities sector, expertise in TPIs or have worked for an aggregator, have excellent negotiation skills, and a keen eye for detail to secure the best live rates can maximise sales opportunities. Key responsibilities:

  • Developing good working relationships with TPI?s to generate sales opportunities.
  • Develop and partake in developing strategies and improvements to maximise value with TPI?s.
  • Maintain a good level of service whilst considering cost to serve
  • Attend face to face meetings where necessary.
  • Ensure process and procedures for the TPI?s sales segment are effective and efficient.
  • Onboarding and training new TPI?s to a good level of performance.
  • Maintain quality measures and metrics to ensure a high ?go live rate? minimising revenue risk.
  • Effective internal communication across administration and contract processing teams.

Skills and experience required:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in a transparent manner essential
  • High level of negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams
