Interim HR Manager

MLC Partners are working with an NHS organisation who are looking to recruiter an Interim HR Manager, for an initial 3 month period.

The organisation is going through a restructure and they are looking someone to join them to support them through this process.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a key contact point for complex HR and payroll queries
  • Review and sign off FOI requests
  • Support the BP and project team with HR related queries and actions relating to the recruitment and redeployment phase of the reorganisation
  • Data Management
  • Inbox Triage & general queries
  • Assist BP's with 1:1's at Stage 2B and seeking redeployment with external partners.
  • Ensuring the establishment report / ESR is up to date following the completion of the Op Model work & all information is saved correctly.
  • EDI Data Reporting at the end of the Op Model programme of work

To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience of working as a HR Advisor/Manager, ideally within the NHS. Experience of working on restructures and redundancy programmes would be a distinct advantage.

This role will be predominantly remote and they are looking for someone to start within the next 1-2 weeks, so you must be available at short notice.
