MLC Partners are working with an NHS organisation who are looking to recruiter an Interim HR Manager, for an initial 3 month period.
The organisation is going through a restructure and they are looking someone to join them to support them through this process.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a key contact point for complex HR and payroll queries
- Review and sign off FOI requests
- Support the BP and project team with HR related queries and actions relating to the recruitment and redeployment phase of the reorganisation
- Data Management
- Inbox Triage & general queries
- Assist BP's with 1:1's at Stage 2B and seeking redeployment with external partners.
- Ensuring the establishment report / ESR is up to date following the completion of the Op Model work & all information is saved correctly.
- EDI Data Reporting at the end of the Op Model programme of work
To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience of working as a HR Advisor/Manager, ideally within the NHS. Experience of working on restructures and redundancy programmes would be a distinct advantage.
This role will be predominantly remote and they are looking for someone to start within the next 1-2 weeks, so you must be available at short notice.
