Salary: £38k per annum, DOE
Commission: £20k per annum OTE
Car Allowance: £450/month
Bonus: Annual Employee Ownership Bonus after initial 12 months
Location: Hemel Hempstead (Office-based with required travel and occasional remote work)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Channel Sales team. Reporting to the Group Sales & Strategy Director, you will be responsible for identifying and on boarding new Channel Partners, initiating contact with potential partners, and nurturing leads to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential partners through various channels.
  • Initiate contact with prospective partners via phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Engage in significant outbound calling to generate leads.
  • Qualify business requirements and determine appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales-related role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience selling VoIP/Hosted PBX, Connectivity & Mobile SIMs preferred.
  • Highly motivated and proactive self-starter.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
