People & Culture Advisor
Salary:
£35,000 per annum
Location:
South England with travel across sites.
JGA are partnered with a leading business seeking a Regional People & Culture Advisor on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and conducting 'Culture catch ups'
- Scheduling welcome days
- Analysis of employee surveys and welcome days
- Designing people reports
- Supporting People related projects
- Supporting People & Culture Manager
- Liaising with internal stakeholders.
Skills required:
- Any Employee Relations exposure.
- Ideally held a Regional HR role before.
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and presentation skills
