Are you a skilled Facilities Engineer seeking a new opportunity in the automotive industry? Our client, a leading automotive organisation in Crewe, is looking to hire a motivated Facilities Engineer for a temporary contract. If you have experience in construction project management, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for the automotive business, this could be the perfect role for you! ?????
?? Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing project plans to ensure timely and successful completion
- Overseeing building projects to ensure safety, productivity, and high-quality standards
- Providing progress reports to our client through various communication channels
?? Key Skills and Experience:
- Construction project management expertise
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the automotive industry
- Civil and mechanical engineering knowledge, including building construction methods and installations
- Understanding of electrical engineering, including power transmission and distribution systems
- Familiarity with health and safety legislation
- Excellent communication skills
?? Practical & Technical Knowledge:
- Proven track record in project delivery
- Understanding of construction processes and site management guidelines
- Exceptional organisational skills for managing multiple building projects
- Attention to detail for effective safety and construction checks
- Financial management experience in handling project budgets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer software
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture projects
- Familiarity with contract and subcontract documents
?? Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday onsite, 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM (with remaining hours to suit job deliverables)
- Potential weekend work based on project requirements
