An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated HR Manager in North Leeds. This is a newly created role reporting to the HRD and managing 2 experienced HR specialists. Be part of a great team that is supportive and collaborative. The role is an on site role Mon - Fri, but comes with an early finish every Friday and flexibility.

Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programmes.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Profile

A successful Senior HR Manager should have:

  • An academic background in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
