Position Overview
- They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Employment Solicitor to join the growing team.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in advising and representing both employers and employees on a wide range of employment law matters.
Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on various aspects of employment law, including contracts, policies, procedures, and compliance issues.
- Handling employment disputes, including unfair dismissal claims, discrimination cases, and breach of contract disputes.
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
- Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings and negotiations.
- Keeping abreast of changes in employment law and providing proactive advice to clients accordingly.
Q ualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in employment law.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling a broad range of employment law matters.
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive and commercially astute approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
