We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our client's team in Redhill, Surrey. This pivotal role which bridges the gap between technology and commercial success. This requires a candidate who not only understands the intricacies of their technical offerings but can also translate them into compelling, customer-focused products. As the Technical Product Manager, you will champion our products both internally and externally, driving innovation and ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of their global clientele. Working structure: Onsite for 6 month, then hybrid working
Role Overview:
- Seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong technical background and commercial focus.
- Responsible for translating company technology into customer-focused products.
- Act as the Technical Product Champion and evangelist for our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate technical content into customer/benefits-led output for various materials (bids, brochures, user guides, etc.).
- Assist in defining go-to-market strategies, positioning products, and identifying target customers.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure up-to-date marketing and sales materials.
- Lead product marketing launches, including the creation of sales presentations and user guides.
- Conduct market research and specify requirements for current and future products.
- Drive new products or services across multiple departments.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Essential: Technical Product Management experience, knowledge of IP networking, and technology or communications experience.
- Strong project management skills and experience working with hardware suppliers.
- Proficient in Word/PowerPoint/Excel; excellent communication skills.
- Flexible, organized, and a good multitasker.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of satellite communications and IT systems.
- Familiarity with VSAT networks and infrastructure.
