Administrator Permanent Based in Bolney (you must be a car driver due to the location) Up to £26,000 per annum
Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for an Administrator to join an established business in the Haywards Heath area on a permanent basis.
Your duties will include:
- Upload the customers' orders onto the system
- First contact to the suppliers requesting shipping details.
- Arrange the collection and shipment to the UK.
- Answering the phones and putting the calls through to the correct members of the team
- Dealing with email responses from the suppliers and actioning and shipping details received to be moved onto the next stage in the process
- Understanding the differences between shipping terms for customs paperwork to ensure the order is uploaded correctly
Key requirements:
- Microsoft - Word, Excel
- Confident team player
- Good telephone manner and communication
- Good eye for detail
