A highly successful and well renowned Yorkshire legal practice has a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join its friendly team (salary competitive). Our client is a forward thinking, innovative practice with a proficient support team and great work environment. There will be an option to make the role your own in terms of specialisms however matters will involve:
- Managing a caseload
- Estate planning
- Drafting wills
- Administration of trusts
- Non-contentious probate and administration
- Lasting and enduring powers of attorneys
- Inheritance Act Claims.
Minimum 5 years' Private Client experience is desired as well as a genuine enthusiasm for this field of law. Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients and Business Development skills are required for this role.
