CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER – STOKE ON TRENT – FINANCIAL SERVICES – UP TO £35,000 BASIC SALARY + EXCELLENT BENEFITS
Client Services Manager required by our client who are a well established and leading organisation within the Financial Services industry.
Our client supports some of the largest companies in the UK as well as Governments bodies. They pride themselves on their high levels of service and professionalism.
They are now recruiting for an experienced and highly motivated Client Services Manager to work from their Stone on Trent head office.
THE ROLE
- As Client Services Manager you will be the relationship manager for your portfolio of clients, overseeing day-to-day activity, performance, SLA adherence and quality, as well as acting as client stakeholder to the wider business.
- You will be dealing withsome of the UK's largest Utility, Retail and Government bodies
- You will be developing open and effective channels of communication with each client and build strong working relationships
- A middle person between the client and the business to ensure any client requests are actioned smoothly internally
- Providing every client with an excellent service from start to finish
- Understanding the individual needs of our clients in order to effectively manage
- You will be ensuring all clients are contacted on a regular basis
- Hold regular client review meetings to ensure client satisfaction and excellent delivery of service
- Provide regular performance reports and analyse results by monitoring KPIs with the aim of looking for ways to enhance our performance
- Attend new business and existing client meetings to deliver presentations and reports
- Continuously improve Client service procedures, policies, and standards for the organisation
- Providing internal stakeholders including Board with regular updates on clients including performance
- Arrange and book Client meetings including travel arrangements
- Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate
- Ensure the CRM and case management software is continuously kept up to date
- Working to and adhering to FCA regulations
- Working from our clients Stoke on Trent head office with visits to client premises as required
THE PERSON
- The successful Client Services Manager will ideally have similar experience
- Experience of financial services and FCA is highly desirable
- Working with national companies and government bodies also highly desirable
- An effective communicator
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability build strong relationships with clients
- Creative problem solver and able to collaborate with key stakeholders within the team, client and across the business
- Experience in coaching and leading teams
- IT literate with experience of using Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritise workload, to be organised and efficient
- Capable of working methodically and meticulously
- Conscientious approach with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to deliver presentations to an audience
- Live within a commutable distance to the Stoke head office with easy local transports and motorway networks
THE PACKAGE
- Up to £35,000 Basic Salary (subject to experience)
