Page Personnel is working with a global business based in Fareham with their recruitment of an Finance Officer - Part Time, 3 days per week for approximately 2-3 months. This is to support with their year end and cover the transactional side of the finance function.

Description
As the Finance Officer - Part Time, you will be responsible for:
- Processing invoices
- Raising sales invoices
- Preparing weekly payment runs
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Bank reconciliations
- Accruals, prepayments and journal entries
- Month end duties
- Supporting with adhoc reporting
Profile
In order to be considered for the Finance Officer - Part Time role, you must:
- Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
- Be immediately available
- Be able to work 24 hours per week
- Be able to commute to the Fareham office
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Be able to multi task
