Our client, a well-established Property Management company in North London, is going through a period of rapid growth. As such, they are looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager that can hit the ground running. This is an exciting time to join the company as they continue to bring in new Landlords to their property portfolio. Furthermore, the office closes at 1.30pm on Fridays throughout the year.
Applicants should be able to clearly demonstrate their experience of working with both tenants and Landlords, dealing with any enquires and resolving complaints.
This role is based in the office 3 days a week, and out visiting properties twice a week.
Typical duties will include:
- Liaison with tenants, Landlords and contractors, project managing maintenance requirements from initial query until completion
- Property inspections - check in and check out processes
- Resolving complaints raised
- Management of documentation, recording and storing accurately
- Valuation of Properties
- Managing any administrative tasks for properties
- Help to grow the residential portfolio, together with the wider team
You will be:
- 2 years Residential Property Management experience min
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to hit the ground running, requiring minimal supervision
- Able to multi-task and prioritize
- Property Management qualifications preferred
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
