Robert Half are exclusively working with a property business in Central Bristol, in supporting them with the hire of a Administration Assistant to join the team. This is a newly created role due to company growth, and a real opportunity for an organised, hardworking and collaborative individual to learn how the business works, provide varied support, and grow the role.
This is a permanent office based position in Bristol, paying a salary of £25,000.
Responsibilities
- Support with general administration to key business departments
- Provide hospitality and arrange catering for meetings
- Maintain and audit digital filing systems
- Assist with preparation and distribution of tenant communications
- Scheduling meetings
- Support with booking travel and accommodation
- Handle initial phone and email enquiries, directing the most relevant point of contact
- Assist with planning and organising of social and charity events
Person Specification
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Collaborative individual with a hands on approach to work
- Administration experience desired
