Job Title: Revenues Officer
Job description: A Local Authority in the Midlands is looking for a Revenues Officer on a temporary basis until the end of December to provide professional expertise for the organisation. The hours are 8:30am - 5pm (Monday - Friday) and the role will be fully remote.
Duties:
- Responsible for all aspects of Council Tax Billing
- Manning the phones and dealing with customer queries
- Setting up and closing council tax accounts
- Applying for relevant discounts, exemptions and disregards
- Using Civica OpenRevenues
