Your responsibilities:
- Plan curriculum-aligned lessons.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching.
- Create a safe and motivating classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Organise extracurricular activities.
- Implement behaviour expectations.
- Assess assignments and tests.
- Maintain records and reports.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- A keen interest in working with children.
- Must have QTS (mandatory).
- 2 professional references.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to take a new one.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Open to training and development.
- Proactive work ethic.
- A good understanding of special educational needs.
- The ability to deliver innovative lessons to pupils.
- Patient and understanding attitude.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
