More about the Finance Administrator role:

The main purpose of this role is to process financial transactions including purchase ledger and payroll, produce finance reports, HR administration, whilst ensuring this is all done by hitting tight deadlines. You'll work closely with the finance team and many other departments to achieve your targets.

Your duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Managing purchase ledger
  • Operating the monthly payroll
  • Ensuring the clock card and HR system are up to date
  • Producing labour cost summary report
  • Processing sales invoices
  • HR administration

The skills and experience we're looking for:

  • At least 3 years accounting experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • You'll need a good head for numbers and demonstrable analytical skills.
  • AAT level 2 qualification.
  • You'll have a Grade 5 (C) or above at GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).

The salary range for this role is £27,000 - £29,000 p/a, depending on your experience.
