Day-to-day of the role:
- Support the classroom teacher in delivering tailored educational programs.
- Assist students with their individual learning needs.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Help with classroom management and organization.
- Provide one-on-one support to students as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
- A patient and empathetic approach to working with students with special needs such as ADHD, ASC, and PMLD.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
