**Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Manager to oversee the operations of our Clients 30+ bedded nursing home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for providing exceptional care to our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for residents.
  • Manage and support a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, care assistants, and administrative staff.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and residents to create and maintain individualized care plans.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care, medication administration, and other relevant records.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure staff development and engagement.
  • Handle resident and family concerns and complaints, providing appropriate resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, complying with health and safety regulations.

**Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Valid Nursing License (RN) and relevant certifications.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices in elder care.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
