The Company:
ER Recruitment is working in exclusive partnership with Profile Industrial Roofing, due to continued growth, they are looking for a Sales Representative to join their telesales team.
If you are resilient, self-motivated and have experience generating leads and converting them to sales - this could be a fantastic opportunity for you to join a successful business.
Role & Responsibilities of the Sales Representative:
- As a lead generator you are responsible for driving the business forward by introducing new clients and creating opportunities.
- Prospect call preparation, including company background research.
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Identifying and liaising with decision makers building rapport.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails as well as responding to incoming traffic from the company website.
- Use LinkedIn to message/connect with people and share out any company posts, to attract more people to visit/follow our company page
- Liaise with the Business Development Manager to develop sales
About You as the Sales Representative:
- Experience working on LinkedIn, building connections and promoting business
- A minimum of 12 months lead generation or sales experience.
- Persuasive, resilient, and motivated attitude
- A professional and confident telephone manor.
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to make a high volume of telephone calls.
- Computer and database literate.
- Knowledge of MS office suite.
- A positive and resilient approach is essential.
This role could suit: Telesales Executive, Telemarketer, Outbound Account Manager, Business Lead Generator.
